The hotel provided us with a comfortable stay during our city trip. The rooms were clean and tidy, and we enjoyed the complimentary amenities offered. The location was key as it allowed us to walk to many popular tourist spots in the area. Additionally, the hotel offered great food options, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

One aspect that we didn't like was that the hotel appeared dated and could use some renovation. Also, valet parking was quite expensive. our experience was satisfactory, but the poor quality of service and unprofessionalism of some staff members detracted from our stay.

It was in a convenient and best possible location with Harrah's Casino New Orleans nearby.

Great value & Friendly staff Our stay was wonderful! The hotel location was perfect- within walking distance of many sites. The staff was always eager to help and made our stay memorable. One aspect we particularly enjoyed was the great value for the amenities available. The rooms were spacious and cozy, and we really appreciated the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi.

Elevators & Maintenance Unfortunately, the elevators were quite slow and inefficient during our stay and the maintenance of our room could have been better. There were a few maintenance issues with the bathroom knob and the hotel could use some updating. However, overall our experience at this hotel was quite positive and the great staff made up for any minor issues we may have experienced.

The hotel location was great, as there were plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. Not to mention, the view from the room was stunning. The staff was helpful and attentive, and the leisure facilities were impressive. As a woman travelling alone, I felt safe and appreciated the extra security measures taken.

The breakfast buffet was disappointing.

Our brand-new room was equipped with An Excellent view, a Big Comfortable bed.

The hotel has great complementary newspapers and the staff is very helpful. The spectacular views from the lobby and the restaurant made my day every morning. The location is key, close to everything I wanted to visit. Plus, the shower was great!

The valet service was way too overpriced. I was disappointed that there was no continental breakfast included in the price. In addition, the bathroom was not clean upon arrival, and the rain shower head dripped ice-cold water during my shower. However, despite these downsides, I enjoyed my stay there.

Location: the hotel was near centre of New Orleans, aquarium and the French Quarter. Furthermore, right in the plaza connected to the high-end stores.

Fairly clean hotel, impressive room, knowledgeable staff. Comfy beds, climate control, a personal safe and pay television in the room. All in all unbeatable and convenient setting next to the Mall, casino and New Orleans. Also, to French Quarter.

The room with queen size beds instead of doubles. Its location was favourable, close enough to French Quarter and the aquarium and zoo.

Its location not too far from Cannon was best possible. This hotel was in an excellant area near to mall, and Insectarium.

A huge room provided with a great view, a Big Comfortable bed, a balcony. Convenient and best possible location, in the center of everything. Attentive and knowledgeable staff in the whole hotel.

Magnificent and beautiful location very close to Saks Fifth Avenue. The room was impressive with an exceptionally comfortable bed and the staff were courteous!
